Self-help or self-care is a self-guided enhancement that helps individuals to improve in various sectors such as intellectual, emotional, and economic. The ultimate aim of self-help is to listen to what one's body or soul needs. Self-help can be attained through different activities like exercising, reading a spiritual book, hanging out with friends, and many more. Physical self-care asks the individuals to drink plenty of water, eat a healthy meal, enjoy the charm of serene nature, jog, and walk. Whereas mental self-help insists people listen to music or podcast and practice mindfulness and gratitude. To achieve spiritual self-help one must practice meditation, fasting, and engaging in self-reflection.
