24th MDP on Gamification for L&D

Teaching/Training has come a long way from the dreaded seminars and training meetings of the past. Participants today expect more, and teachers/trainers recognise that they must approach engagement in a new way. Gamification is a powerful tool that provides solution for this changing scenario. It's also a great way to learn new skills and improve on those you already have. You can use gamification to refresh materials and re-engage your participants for retraining and review without having to develop entirely new materials. Many gamification elements have a competitive element to them, allowing participants to compete against one another while learning important aspects of their area of interest. It's all about making others feel like they're a part of the team. Check out the PPTs to know more on this cool topic!
