The syllabus for the second paper consists of 10 Units: Jurisprudence- Constitutional and administrative law- Public international law and IHL- Law of crimes- Law of torts and consumer protection- Commercial law- Family law- Environment and human rights law- Intellectual property rights and information technology law- Comparative public law and systems of governance. The paper contains hundred (100) objective type questions of two (2) marks each and all questions are compulsory. The exam will be in online mode and the duration will be two hours.
