The syllabus for the second paper consists of 10 units: Principles and functions of management- Human resource management and new trends- Human resource development and it's international scopes- Organisational behaviour- Industrial relations and trade unions- Industrial disputes- Labour legislation- Wages- Welfare and social security- Labour market. The paper contains hundred (100) objective type questions of two (2) marks each and all questions are compulsory. The exam will be in online mode and the duration will be two hours.
