The Kerala SET exam is divided into two papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper-I cover questions based on the topics of general knowledge and teaching aptitude. This is common for all the candidates. Paper 2 is conducted in Psychology subject. Psychology is the science of mind and behaviour. It incorporates the investigation of cognizant and oblivious peculiarities, including sentiments and considerations. It is an academic discipline of immense scope, crossing the boundaries between the natural and social sciences. It is compulsory for candidates to appear for both papers. In both papers, objective multiple choice questions (MCQs) are asked. There is no negative marking. The medium of exam is English.
