The song "Yavanasundari sweekarikkukee" written by Vayalar Rama Varma and tuned by Devarajan became super hit. It was performed by Yesudas and B.Vasantha. This song is from the movie Pearl View, a film with a strong social theme and set in a Christian milieu, was a huge hit. Marian (Kottarakkara) is the patriarch of the family, which includes his wife Annie (Adoor Bhavani), daughter Stella (Sarada), and son Bastian (Govindankutty).
