This presentation is all about writing systems. The system of writing is simply representing verbal communication based on certains rules and scripts. The only important factor considered is understanding between writers and readers who can distinguish the meaning behind a set of characters. Writing systems can vary from symbolic representation to spoken language. Basic requirements are set of base elements that is scripts, set of rules and conventions (orthography), a language and distanct representation symbols. These systems of writing are classified as logographic, syllabic, and alphabetic. Logogram is a single character representation which represents a complete grammatical word. Syllabary are set of symbols which make a word. Alphabets are letters which are basic written symbols represent a spoken language. Linear writing systems have a linearity for characters, for example Latin and Chinese characters.
