Discrimination based on biological differences is not apt for a society which claims to be civilized. Gender equality is a part of fundamental rights our constitution offer. All human rights are applicable to women. They don't have to protest to achieve and enjoy the highest level of physical and mental health. There is no logic on paying different salary or wage for the same job. Anti-Sexual Harassment Act, Anti-Rape Law and Anti-Violence against Women and Their Children Act are some of the laws in favour of women. Acts and laws can be enforced only once a crime against a girl or woman in committed. To stop crime the attitude towards women has to be changed. Every 20 minutes a girl is raped!
