Wherever women feel marginalised, that society is a total failure. A civilised society can’t discriminate women based on biological differences. Development begins from home. A woman with self-esteem plays the key role in building a healthy family. A good society is a combination of these kinds of well built families. Equal rights for women in education, healthcare, economic participation etc are critical in our nation's development. Women Empowerment can be defined in many ways. Today they are ruling nations and lead huge political movements. Women are flying fighter aeroplanes. The term women empowerment may become insignificant in near future.
