Malappuram State assembly constituency is one of the 140 state legislative assembly constituencies in Kerala state in southern India. It is also one of the 7 state legislative assembly constituencies included in the Malappuram Lok Sabha constituency. As of the 2021 assembly elections, the current MLA is P. Ubaidulla of IUML. There were 2,11,990 registered voters in the constituency for the 2021 Kerala Niyamasabha Election. Malappuram Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 20 Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituencies in Kerala state in southern India. It is one of the 1st Lok Sabha parliament constituencies of India. There are 16 Legislative Assembly Constituencies in the district. These are included in 3 Lok Sabha constituencies. Malappuram has the highest number of assembly constituencies in the State.
