The second and most important factor that a good job brings is happiness and passion to the workers. Doing the job that you love is very important as it can bring happiness. Choosing a job based on natural interest and which is not only beneficial for the individual is also very important. Some people like their job because they enjoy talking with their colleagues. What some people specifically like about their job is when everyone in the team shared the same vision and was dedicated to the mission. This created a strong work environment in which people were willing to work for each other and the team.
