Void Agreement & Consideration

Presentations | English

A Void agreement is a contract that is not legally binding from its inception. Void contracts happen for several reasons, including unlawful consideration. The inaccurate and erroneous agreement is wrong and the wrong agreement cannot be accepted. In the legal sense, it is considered that a false contract has not been made and cannot be enforced in court. There are numerous ways to cancel a contract. If neither party is capable, they cannot legally accept the contract. This may involve a contractor who is unqualified or incapable to make ethical decisions. Value exchange should take place between the parties. If one party knowingly benefits from the contract at the expense of the other party, the contract is void.
