The concept of virtual reality is derived from the meanings of 'virtual' and'reality.' The concept of 'virtual' is close, and reality is what we as humans experience. As a result, the word "virtual reality" essentially implies "near-reality." Of fact, this might refer to anything, but it generally refers to a specific form of reality simulation. Our senses and perceptual systems provide us with information about the world. We all taught in school that we have five senses: taste, touch, smell, sight, and hearing. However, they are merely our most visible sensory organs. Humans, on the other hand, have many more senses than this, such as a feeling of balance. These additional sensory inputs, together with certain specific sensory information processing by our brains, guarantee a rich flow of information from the environment to our thoughts. Our whole perception of reality is essentially a mix of sensory input and the sense-making machinery of our brains.
