The song "Villum sharavum kaikalilenthi" comes from the film Viplavakarikal. Mahesh directed and P. Subramaniam produced Viplavakarikal, a 1968 Indian Malayalam film. Madhu, K. V. Shanthi, Muthukulam Raghavan Pillai, and Ramachandran play the lead roles in the film. G. Devarajan composed the film's soundtrack. Vayalar Ramavarma wrote the lyrics for the song. This song was sung by Kamukara. Madhu is an Indian film actor, director, producer, former college lecturer, and former film studio owner who has worked in Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil films .In 2013, the Indian government honoured him with the Padma Shri award for his services to the arts. In 2004, the Kerala government honoured him with the J. C. Daniel Award for his outstanding contributions to Malayalam cinema. Madhu has appeared in almost 400 films and has directed 12 films.
വിപ്ലവകാരികൾ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലാണ്"വില്ലും ശരവും കൈകളിലേന്തി" എന്ന ഗാനം. 1968-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ മലയാള ചലച്ചിത്രമായ വിപ്ലവകാരികൾ മഹേഷ് സംവിധാനം ചെയ്യുകയും പി. സുബ്രഹ്മണ്യം നിർമ്മിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. മധു, കെ വി ശാന്തി, മുതുകുളം രാഘവൻ പിള്ള, രാമചന്ദ്രൻ എന്നിവരാണ് ചിത്രത്തിലെ പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. ജി.ദേവരാജനാണ് ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ ശബ്ദരേഖ ഒരുക്കിയത്. വയലാർ രാമവർമയാണ് ഗാനത്തിന്റെ വരികൾ എഴുതിയത്. കമുകാരയാണ് ഈ ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചത്. മധു ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ ചലച്ചിത്ര നടൻ, സംവിധായകൻ, നിർമ്മാതാവ്, മുൻ കോളേജ് അധ്യാപകൻ, മുൻ ഫിലിം സ്റ്റുഡിയോ ഉടമ, മലയാളം, ഹിന്ദി, തമിഴ് സിനിമ എന്നിവയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. 2013-ൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ സർക്കാർ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ പത്മശ്രീ പുരസ്കാരം നൽകി ആദരിച്ചു. 2004-ൽ കേരള സർക്കാർ മലയാള സിനിമയ്ക്ക് നൽകിയ സമഗ്ര സംഭാവനകൾക്ക് ജെ.സി.ഡാനിയൽ പുരസ്കാരം നൽകി ആദരിച്ചു. നാനൂറോളം ചിത്രങ്ങളിൽ അഭിനയിച്ച മധു 12 സിനിമകൾ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
