Vidarnnu Thozhukai Thamarakal is a song sung by K. J. Yesudas, S. Janaki, P. Susheela, P. Jayachandran, Unni Menon and Kalyani. This song was from the malayalam movie John Jaffer Janardhanan. This film was directed by I. V. Sasi and released in the year 1982. The music composer of the movie was Shyam and lyrics were penned by Sreekumaran Thampi. Important character roles of this movie was played by Ratheesh, Raveendran, Mammootty, Balan K Nair, Jose Prakash and Captain Raju. This malayalam movie was the remake of a Hindi movie, "Amar Akbar Anthony".
കെ.ജെ.യേശുദാസ്, എസ്.ജാനകി, പി.സുശീല, പി.ജയചന്ദ്രൻ, ഉണ്ണിമേനോൻ, കല്യാണി എന്നിവർ ആലപിച്ച ഗാനമാണ് വിടർന്നു തൊഴുകൈ താമരകൾ. ജോൺ ജാഫർ ജനാർദനൻ എന്ന മലയാള സിനിമയിലെ ഗാനമാണിത്. ഐ.വി.ശശി സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത ഈ ചിത്രം 1982-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങി. ശ്യാം ആയിരുന്നു സംഗീതസംവിധായകൻ. ശ്രീകുമാരൻ തമ്പിയുടെ വരികൾക്ക് ഈണം പകർന്നു. രതീഷ്, രവീന്ദ്രൻ, മമ്മൂട്ടി, ബാലൻ കെ നായർ, ജോസ് പ്രകാശ്, ക്യാപ്റ്റൻ രാജു എന്നിവരാണ് ചിത്രത്തിലെ പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത്. ഈ മലയാളം ചിത്രം "അമർ അക്ബർ അന്തോണി" എന്ന ഹിന്ദി ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ റീമേക്ക് ആയിരുന്നു.
