Vellichirakulla is a song from the movie Swapnabhoomi sung by P. Susheela. The music was composed by G. Devarajan and the lyrics were written by Vayalar Ramavarma. S. R. Puttanna directed and Rangarajan produced Swapnabhoomi, a 1967 Indian Malayalam film. Prem Nazir, Sathyan, Sheela, and Kaviyoor Ponnamma play the key roles in the film. G. Devarajan composed the film's soundtrack. The movie is a remake of the director's Kannada film Belli Moda, which was released the same year. Devarajan has been awarded the Kerala Government's Best Music Director award five times, among other accolades. In 2005, he received the J. C. Daniel Award, the highest honour bestowed by the Kerala government for contributions to Malayalam cinema.
പി.സുശീല ആലപിച്ച സ്വപ്നഭൂമി എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു ഗാനമാണ്"വെള്ളിച്ചിറകുള്ള". വയലാർ രാമവർമ എഴുതിയ വരികൾക്ക് സംഗീതം നൽകിയത് ജി.ദേവരാജനാണ്. എസ് എസ്.ആർ.പുട്ടണ്ണ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്യുകയും രംഗരാജൻ നിർമ്മിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു, 1967-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ മലയാളം ചലച്ചിത്രമാണ് സ്വപ്നഭൂമി. പ്രേം നസീർ, സത്യൻ, ഷീല, കവിയൂർ പൊന്നമ്മ എന്നിവരാണ് ചിത്രത്തിലെ പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. ജി.ദേവരാജനാണ് ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ ശബ്ദരേഖ ഒരുക്കിയത്. അതേ വർഷം പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ സംവിധായകന്റെ കന്നഡ ചിത്രമായ ബെല്ലി മോഡയുടെ റീമേക്കാണ് ഈ ചിത്രം. കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ മികച്ച സംഗീത സംവിധായകനുള്ള പുരസ്കാരം അഞ്ച് തവണ ദേവരാജന് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. 2005-ൽ, മലയാള സിനിമയ്ക്കുള്ള സംഭാവനകൾക്ക് കേരള സർക്കാർ നൽകുന്ന പരമോന്നത ബഹുമതിയായ ജെ.സി.ഡാനിയേൽ അവാർഡ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് ലഭിച്ചു.
