“Vadakkunnathanu suprabhatham padum” is a very famous Hindu devotional song that was released in the year 1985. This song is from the Hindu devotional album titled “Pushpanjali”. Composition of this devotional song was done by P.K. Kesavan Naboothiri and the lyrics were penned by S. Rameshan Nair. The vocal of this song was given by P. Jayachandran who is an Indian playback singer and classical musician from Kerala.
1985-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ വളരെ പ്രശസ്തമായ ഒരു ഹിന്ദു ഭക്തിഗാനമാണ് "വടക്കുംനാഥനു സുപ്രഭാതം പാടും". ഈ ഗാനം "പുഷ്പാഞ്ജലി" എന്ന ഹിന്ദു ഗാന ആൽബത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ളതാണ്. ഈ ഭക്തിഗാനത്തിന്റെ രചന നിർവഹിച്ചത് പി.കെ. കേശവൻ നമ്പൂതിരിയും വരികൾ എഴുതിയത് എസ്. രമേശൻ നായരും ആണ്. പ്രശസ്ത ഇന്ത്യൻ പിന്നണിഗായകനും കേരളത്തിലെ ശാസ്ത്രീയ സംഗീതജ്ഞനുമായ പി. ജയചന്ദ്രനാണ് ഈ ഗാനത്തിന്റെ ആലാപനം നിർവഹിച്ചത്.
