UPSC IAS/IPS Prelims Interpersonal Skills, Communication & Decision Making (1995-2018) Paper I & II

This paper is very important as it determines the qualifying level of the aspirant, he or she must sure a score of at least 33% to get qualified. Candidates should make sure that they go through important General studies books to score better. UPSC IAS/IPS Prelims has 2 papers in General Studies. Paper 2 comprises of: General Mental ability, Basic Numeracy, Decision making and problem solving, Logical reasoning and Analytical ability, Comprehension, Interpersonal skills including Communication skills. Each paper is of 200 marks each with a total score of 400. It is important to note about the time duration, which is two hours and negative marking. For each wrong answer, one by third or 33% mark will be deducted from the secured score.
