Understanding one’s audience and working accordingly makes a huge difference; be it any organisation but especially a management or business organisation. When a group of people strive towards achieving a goal, it is always better to try and know and therefore understand the person or party standing opposite it you. When they are spending their time listening to you, it is mandatory that we take a little bit of our time and put in a little bit of our effort to try and get to understand the listener or the audience. Also, establishing the trust between the sender and the receiver gets easier by listening to your listeners.
