With the lockdown in place and having time at hand, initially people didn’t know how to manage time. Having adjusted with the work from home and the school from home scenarios, man has come to a place where he cannot manage time, which leads to stress. Varying sleep patterns, unbalanced diet also contributes to the stress. Man can deal with the stress due to lack of time management skills only through proper planning.
