“Thunchan parambile thaththe varu” is a Malayalam drama song from the K P A C drama titled Mudiyanaaya puthran, which was released in the year 1956. The songs in this drama album were beautifully composed by the music director G. Devarajan Master. This song is very famous in Malayalam. The lyrics for this song were written by O. N. V. Kurup. 1956-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ മുടിനായ പുത്രൻ എന്ന കെപിഎസി നാടകത്തിലെ ഒരു മലയാള നാടകഗാനമാണ് “തുഞ്ചൻ പറമ്പിലെ തത്തെ വരൂ”. ഈ നാടക ആൽബത്തിലെ ഗാനങ്ങൾ മനോഹരമായി ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയത് സംഗീത സംവിധായകൻ ജി.ദേവരാജൻ മാസ്റ്ററാണ്. ഈ ഗാനം മലയാളത്തിൽ ഏറെ പ്രശസ്തമാണ്. ഒ എൻ വി കുറുപ്പാണ് ഈ ഗാനത്തിന്റെ വരികൾ എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. പിന്നണി ഗായകൻ ജി ദേവരാജൻ ഈ ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചു. “അമ്പിളിയമ്മാവാ”, “എന്താമ്മേ കൊച്ചു തുമ്പി”, “ചെപ്പു കിലുക്കണ ചങ്ങാതി”, “ഇല്ലിമുളം കാടുകളിൽ”, “ഉയരുകയായി യവനിക” എന്നിവ ഈ ആൽബത്തിലെ മറ്റ് ചില ഗാനങ്ങളാണ്.
