കേൾക്കുന്ന ആരെയും കണ്ണീരിലാഴ്ത്തുന്ന ഒരു ഗാനമാണ് തീരാത്ത ദുഃഖത്തിൻ. 1970ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ദത്തുപുത്രൻ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഗാനമാണ് ഇത്. വയലാർ രാമവർമ എഴുതിയ ഈ ഗാനത്തിന്റെ സംഗീത സംവിധാനം നിർവ്വഹിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് ജി.ദേവരാജനാണ്. പി സുശീലയാണ് ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചത്.
