It can be simply said that judiciary is the branch of government that interprets the law. The task of judiciary is the authoritative adjudication of controversies over the application of laws. It is a part of a country's government, responsible for its legal system. They are responsible to administer justice. It is the most integral part of the democracy. The judiciary plays a major role in the preservation of public trust. Judiciary is the custodian of the constitution and guarantor of the fundamental rights of the people. It's most significant role is to provide justice to the masses. It also plays a pivotal role in law making. The judiciary paves way to transform the society and consolidation of the constitution.
