"താരണിക്കുന്നുകൾ കാത്തു സൂക്ഷിച്ച തടാകം" എന്ന ഗാനം 1981 ൽ റിലീസായ "കഥയറിയാതെ" എന്ന സിനിമയിലേതാണ്. എം ഡി രാജേന്ദ്രൻ ഗാനം എഴുതി. ജി ദേവരാജനാണ് സംഗീതം നൽകിയത്. ഷെറിൻ പീറ്റേഴ്‌സാണ് പാടിയത്.
