“Thalaykku Meethe Shoonyaakaasham” is a Malayalam drama song from the K P A C drama titled Ashwamedham, which was released in the year 1962. 1962-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ അശ്വമേധം എന്ന കെപിഎസി നാടകത്തിലെ ഒരു മലയാളം നാടകഗാനമാണ് “തലയ്ക്ക് മീതേ ശൂന്യകാശം”. ഈ ആൽബത്തിലെ ഗാനങ്ങൾ സംഗീത സംവിധായകരായ എം ബി ശ്രീനിവാസനും കെ രാഘവനും ചേർന്ന് മനോഹരമായി ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. വയലാർ രാമവർമയാണ് ഈ ഗാനത്തിന്റെ വരികൾ എഴുതിയത്. “എന്റെ ചിത്രത്തിലെ പൂവ്”, “കണ്ണുമ്പിൽ നിന്ന് ചിരിക്കും”, “കുതിരപ്പുറത്ത് ഞാൻ”, “ഒന്നാം കൊമ്പത്ത്” എന്നിവ ഈ ആൽബത്തിലെ മറ്റ് ചില ഗാനങ്ങളാണ്.
