Telemarketing Executive - Job Descriptions

Templates | English

Telemarketing executives usually operate from call centres, where they direct and supervise the duties of telemarketers. Telemarketing executives also set and communicate quotas on a regular basis. A Telemarketer, or Telesales Representative, is responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone to sell products or solicit donations. Their duties include tracking customer contact lists, explaining the benefits of their products and taking payment information. As a Tele caller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them. Telemarketers may get a bad rap, but they are actually an instrumental part of a company’s success. If you’re interested in entering the sales field, a telemarketing job is a good place to start, especially if you’d like to gain real-world sales skills but aren’t ready to encounter prospective clients face-to-face.
