Teamwork is an important aspect of achieving success in the workplace. Every team member has a specific role to play in completing tasks on the job, much like a football team working together to set up the perfect goal. Al though it appears as if one player scored the goal,  it was made possible by the planning, coordination, and cooperation of many people to get the ball to that player. Employers are looking for people who can not only work well with others but also understand that not every player on the team can or will get the ball. When everyone in the office works together to achieve a common goal, everyone gets  benefits.
