The song 'Sukhamo Devi' is from the malayalam romantic movie 'Sukhamo Devi' released in 1986. The movie was Venu Nagavally's directorial debut and was also scripted by him. This song was sung by K J Yesudas and music composition was done by Raveendran. Lyrics of the song was penned by O N V Kurup. 1986-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ മലയാള റൊമാന്റിക് ചിത്രമായ 'സുഖമോ ദേവി'യിലെ ഗാനമാണ് 'സുഖമോ ദേവി'. വേണു നാഗവള്ളിയുടെ ആദ്യ സംവിധാന സംരംഭമായിരുന്നു ഈ ചിത്രം, തിരക്കഥയും എഴുതിയത് അദ്ദേഹമാണ്. ഈ ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചത് കെ ജെ യേശുദാസും സംഗീതസംവിധാനം രവീന്ദ്രനുമാണ്. ഒ എൻ വി കുറുപ്പാണ് ഗാനത്തിന്റെ വരികൾ എഴുതിയത്. മോഹൻലാൽ, ശങ്കർ, ഗീത, ഉർവശി, ജഗതി ശ്രീകുമാർ, ജനാർദ്ദനൻ എന്നിവരാണ് പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത്. 1986ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ഈ ചിത്രം സൂപ്പർഹിറ്റായിരുന്നു.
