"Strong" and "weak" are simply labels that indicate which ending the adjective takes based on the case (which, remember, indicates the grammatical function) of the noun it modifies. Weak Adjectives aren't used alone; they're always paired with a demonstrative. Strong adjectives can exist on their own. Some strong adjectives for appearance are: Attractive, Average, Beautiful, Blue-eyed, Blushing, Bright.
