“Madrasile Mon” is an Indian Malayalam true crime film which was released in year 1982. This movie was based on the Karikkan Villa murder case that was held in 1980. The song that begins with “Sthree oru lahari” is from this film, which was sung beautifully by K.J. Yesudas, whereas it was composed by G. Devarajan and written by A.P. Gopalan. This film was directed by J. Sasikumar, script written by P.M. Nair and produced by Mani Malliath. The film cast were, Ravikumar, Raveendran and Mohanlal who played the lead roles.
