1971-ൽ ഇറങ്ങിയ 'പഞ്ചവൻകാട് 'എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഉന്മേഷദായകമായ ഒരു ഗാനം. ശിവ-പാർവ്വതി കീർത്തികളാണ് ഗാനത്തിൽ പരാമർശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ജനപ്രിയ കവിയായ വയലാറിൻ്റെ അതി മനോഹര വരികൾ. സംഗീത ഇതിഹാസമായ ജി. ദേവരാജൻ മാഷ് ആ വരികൾക്ക് അനുഗ്രഹീത ഈണം നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നു. പ്രഗൽഭ അഭിനേതാക്കളായ രാഗിണിയും കെ .പി. ഉമ്മറും തങ്ങളുടെ മികച്ച അഭിനയം കൊണ്ട് ഈ ഗാനരംഗം അനശ്വരമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു. കുഞ്ചാക്കോയാണ് ചിത്രത്തിൻ്റെ സംവിധാനവും നിർമ്മാണവും നിർവഹിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
