"In medicine, the term ‘shock’ refers to a serious health condition where the body lacks blood flow. If there is not enough blood flow to organs and their cells, there would not be enough supply of oxygen and nutrients either of which would in turn instigate poor organ functioning which would ultimately result in damaged organs. Our bodies strive day and night to keep us healthy, and all we must do in turn is keep it safe, active and healthy. Educating oneself on health conditions and diseases is as important a task as eating healthy and sleeping well. The PPT aims to educate the readers on what ‘shock’ means.
