Semantic Web

Presentations | English

The Semantic Web is, to put it simply, an expansion of the World Wide Web that adds more data descriptors to the web's existing content and data. In this sense, robots can be useful interpretations of how humans absorb information and assist in achieving their objectives. Tim Berners-Lee, the idea's creator, says this makes it possible for machines rather than people to change information. Semantic refers to what a computer is able to do with data. The three components of the IoT, information retrieval automation, and personal assistants can be combined to describe the logic behind this idea. Semantic metadata and linked open data are both involved in this process. Browse this PPT for more details.
