Measurement is the method of assigning a numerical value and quantity to an attribute of an object or an event. Measurement answers questions like how long, how much mass, how long, how much temperature. Measurements are fundamental to all scientific disciplines. Measurement plays an important role in our daily life. Quantities that can be measured are called physical quantities. In Part 2 of this presentation, we will get to know how to use vernier caliper, screw gauge and how to measure accurately using gauges.
