Science - Chapter 8 - Force and Laws of Motion - Part 1

Presentations | English

“Force and Laws of Motion” is the 9th chapter in the NCERT science textbook of standard IX. An object is recognized to be in motion when its position changes with time. Some effort is required to put a stationary object into motion or to stop a moving object. This effort can be a push or hit or pull. The concept of force is based on this very principle. Three fundamental laws that govern the motion of objects were presented by Newton. These three laws are known as Newton’s laws of motion. This resource explains the First law of Motion. More from the chapter can be found in part 2 of the series. Let’s read the resource and understand more. Download to read.
