The song "Sharika Paithale" is one of the many creations of Vayalar-Devarajan team. The song was sung by P Susheela in the movie "Shakunthala".

"ശാരിക പൈതലേ" എന്ന ഗാനം വയലാർ - ദേവരാജൻ ടീമിന്റെ അനേകം സൃഷ്ടികളിലൊന്നാണ്. "ശകുന്തള" എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഈ ഗാനം പി സുശീലയാണ് പാടിയത്.
