“Udhyogastha” is a Malayalam film which was released in the year 1967. It was directed by P. Venu, produced by P.K. Devadas and P.S Das and the script was written by K.G. Sethunath. This beautiful devotional song was written by Yusafali Kechery whereas composed by M.S. Baburaj and sung by S. Janaki. The film stars Prem Nazir, Sathyan, Madhu, K.P. Ummer and Sharada in the lead roles. This movie is about an honest and kind lady officer who sacrifices her life for the sake of her life.
