Since 1954, many Telugu writers have been honoured with the prestigious Sahitya Akademi Award. In this multi-part series, we provide you with the names of all these authors as well as their brief biographies and information about their writings. Covered in this section is Palagummi Padmaraju garu.. His story ‘Galivana’ won the second prize in the World Storytelling Competition. Padmaraju garu wrote a total of 60 stories, 8 novels, 30 poems and many plays. This presentation brings to you interesting details of his life and works.
