Since 1954, many Telugu writers have been honoured with the prestigious Sahitya Akademi Award. In this multi-part series, we provide you with the names of all these authors as well as their brief biographies and information about their writings. Covered in this section are Kundurthi Anjaneyulu garu and Narla Venkateswara Rao garu. Anjaneyulu garu, also known as 'Vachana Kavita Pithamahudu' was awarded the Sahithya Academy Award in 1977.
