Sagarangale Paadi Paadi' was a song from the malayalam thriller movie 'Panchagni' directed by Hariharan. The story of the film was written by M T Vasudevan Nair. This song was sung by K J Yesudas and music composition was done by Bombay Ravi. Lyrics was written by O N V Kurup. This movie which was released in the year 1986 have Mohanlal, Geetha, Nadia Moidu and Thilakan playing lead roles. The movie has received a number of awards and had its own critical recognition.
ഹരിഹരൻ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത 'പഞ്ചാഗ്നി' എന്ന മലയാളം ത്രില്ലർ ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു ഗാനമായിരുന്നു 'സാഗരങ്ങളേ പാടി പാടി'. എം ടി വാസുദേവൻ നായരാണ് ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ കഥ എഴുതിയത്. ഈ ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചത് കെ ജെ യേശുദാസും സംഗീതം നിർവഹിച്ചത് ബോംബെ രവിയുമാണ്. ഒ എൻ വി കുറുപ്പാണ് വരികൾ എഴുതിയത്. മോഹൻലാൽ, ഗീത, നദിയ മൊയ്തു, തിലകൻ എന്നിവർ പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ച ഈ ചിത്രം 1986-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങി. ചിത്രത്തിന് നിരവധി അവാർഡുകൾ ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. കൂടാതെ അതിന്റേതായ നിരൂപക അംഗീകാരവുമുണ്ട്.
