“Rohatan and Nandriya” was written by Krishna Chaithanya, translated by Avoor Parameshwaran and the beautiful drawings were done by Pranab Chakravarthy. This book was published by National Book Trust, in the year 2000. This is a wonderful moral story of Rohatan, the deer and Nandriya, the monkey. The author here in the beginning of the book says about Buddah, who lived in the ancient India. His good deeds and kindness were flourished in the entire world. In this story also we see the kind heartedness of the monkey and the deer, which was the reflection of Buddha.
