The state of Telangana is situated on the Deccan Plateau. Naturally, many rivers originating on the plateau flow down into the state and then go beyond to Andhra Pradesha and eventually drain into the Bay of Bengal. This presentation brings to you information about the various rivers and the tributaries flowing through the state as well as the major dams and canals constructed on them.
