Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a wireless technique that consists primarily of two components: tags and readers. Tags can store information ranging from serial numbers to entire pages of data. Readers employ an antenna to transmit radio waves and receive signals from tags. RFID technology applications primarily in the healthcare and hospital sectors include inventory control, equipment tracking, patient monitoring, out-of-bed and fall detection, personnel tracking, ensuring correct medications and devices for patients, and data delivery for record systems. This technique is used in near-field communication for data exchange via high-frequency and short-range wireless communication. Let's go over the PowerPoint presentation.
