The lyrics for this song were written by Sreekumaran Thampi. This song was beautifully composed by music director G Devarajan. This movie was directed by Hariharan. A P K Kaimal has produced this evergreen malayalam language movie. ammini ammavan was written by Pamman. The film starred Prem Nazir as Gopi, Jayabharathi as Ammini, Adoor Bhasi as Bhaskarankutty, Thikkurissi Sukumaran Nair as Shivaraman Menon, Prema as Devaki, Sankaradi as Ranger Paramupilla. "രാജസൂയം കഴിഞ്ഞു എന്റെ രാജ്യയോഗം തെളിഞ്ഞു രുഗ്മിണി നിൻ ഋതുശാന്തി മണ്ഡപത്തിൽ ഞാൻ പുഷ്പ രഥത്തിൽ വന്നനിഞ്ഞു 1976-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ അമ്മിണി അമ്മാവൻ എന്ന മലയാളചലച്ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു ക്ലാസിക്കൽ നിത്യഹരിത മലയാളം ഗാനമാണ് രാജസൂയം. തട്ടല്ലേ മുട്ടല്ലേ എന്ന ഗാനം വളരെ ശ്രുതിമധുരവും ഒരു റൊമാന്റിക് ഗാനവുമാണ്. പ്രശസ്ത പിന്നണി ഗായകൻ കാർത്തികേയൻ, സി ഒ ആന്റോ, പരമശിവം എന്നിവർ ചേർന്നാണ് രാജസൂയം പാടിയത്. മങ്കൊമ്പ് ഗോപാലകൃഷ്ണനാണ് ഈ ഗാനത്തിന്റെ വരികൾ എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. സംഗീത സംവിധായകൻ ജി ദേവരാജൻ മനോഹരമായി ഈ ഗാനം ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു. ഹരിഹരനാണ് ഈ ചിത്രം സംവിധാനം ചെയ്തത്. എ പി കെ കൈമൾ ആണ് ഈ നിത്യഹരിത മലയാള ഭാഷാ ചിത്രം നിർമ്മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. അമ്മിണി അമ്മാവൻ എഴുതിയത് പമ്മനാണ്. ചിത്രത്തിൽ ഗോപിയായി പ്രേം നസീറും അമ്മിണിയായി ജയഭാരതിയും ഭാസ്കരൻകുട്ടിയായി അടൂർ ഭാസിയും ശിവരാമൻ മേനോനായി തിക്കുറിശ്ശി സുകുമാരൻ നായരും ദേവകിയായി പ്രേമയും റേഞ്ചർ പരമുപിള്ളയായി ശങ്കരാടിയും അഭിനയിച്ചു. സിനിമയെയും പാട്ടിനെയും സിനിമാലോകത്തെ എല്ലാവരും ഹാർദ്ദവമായി സ്വീകരിച്ചു. ""കണ്ണാംപൊതിയിലേ"", ""നരനായിങ്ങനേ"", ""പെണ്ണിന്റെ"", ""തങ്കക്കണിക്കൊന്ന"" എന്നിവയാണ് ഈ സിനിമയിലെ മറ്റ് സൗണ്ട് ട്രാക്കുകൾ."
