Rajamallikal poomazha thudaghi is a Malayalam song in the movie Panchathanthram. J. Sasikumar directed and E. K. Thyagarajan produced Pancha Thanthram, a 1974 Indian Malayalam-language fantasy thriller film. Sasikumar and Sreemoolanagaram Vijayan wrote the script, while G. Devarajan composed the music and Sreekumaran Thampi wrote the lyrics. G. Devarajan, also known as Devarajan master or Paravoor Govindan Devarajan, was an Indian music composer and carnatic vocalist. Kattassery Joseph Yesudas, one of the the highly acclaimed singers in India, who is also referred as Gaanagandharvan sung this song. P. Madhuri also contributed her voice for the song.
പഞ്ചതന്ത്രം എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു മലയാളം ഗാനമാണ് രാജമല്ലികൾ പൂമഴ തുടങ്ങി. ജെ.ശശികുമാർ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്യുകയും ഇ.കെ.ത്യാഗരാജൻ നിർമ്മിക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത പഞ്ചതന്ത്രം, 1974-ലെ ഇന്ത്യൻ മലയാളം-ഭാഷാ ഫാന്റസി ത്രില്ലർ ചിത്രമാണ്. ശശികുമാറും ശ്രീമൂലനഗരം വിജയനും ചേർന്ന് തിരക്കഥയെഴുതിയപ്പോൾ ജി.ദേവരാജൻ സംഗീതവും ശ്രീകുമാരൻ തമ്പി വരികളും എഴുതി. ദേവരാജൻ മാസ്റ്റർ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പറവൂർ ഗോവിന്ദൻ ദേവരാജൻ എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ജി. ദേവരാജൻ ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ സംഗീതസംവിധായകനും കർണാടക ഗായകനുമായിരുന്നു. ഈ ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് ഗാനഗന്ധർവ്വൻ എന്ന് വിളിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന, ഇന്ത്യയിലെ തന്നെ ഏറെ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഗായകരിൽ ഒരാളായ കാട്ടശ്ശേരി ജോസഫ് യേശുദാസാണ്. പി.മാധുരിയും ഗാനത്തിന് ശബ്ദം നൽകി.
