Social behavioural aspects of an individual’s character always stand out when in a crowd. However, you behave and socialise or do not socialise in a gathering, you as an individual is constantly assessed. That assessment, no matter how less of a presence you were, will speak volumes of several aspects of your character. Social behaviour, just like how the name suggests, is your social behaviour in a social situation or gathering. Prosocial behaviour although is slightly different. Prosocial behaviour of an individual is that set of behavioural patterns intended to help or assist other individuals. Your feelings of sympathy, empathy or your decision to do charity or help the ones in need are examples of a being’s prosocial behaviour.
