“Premamennal” is a Malayalam song from the movie Mindaapennu which was released in the year 1970. This song was sung together by the famous playback singers L. R. Eshwari and C. O. Anto. The lyrics for this song were written by Yusufali Kechery. This song was beautifully composed by music director G Devarajan. The film actors Prem Nazir, Sheela, Sharada, Sukumari, Adoor Bhasi, T. R. Omana, Paravoor Bharathan and Bahadoor played the lead character roles in this movie.
1970ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ മിണ്ടാപ്പെണ്ണ് എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു മലയാളം ഗാനമാണ് “പ്രേമമെന്നാൽ”. ഈ ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചത് പ്രശസ്ത പിന്നണി ഗായകരായ എൽ.ആർ. ഈശ്വരിയും സി.ഒ. ആന്റോയും ചേർന്നാണ്. യൂസഫലി കേച്ചേരിയാണ് ഈ ഗാനത്തിന്റെ വരികൾ എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. സംഗീത സംവിധായകൻ ജി ദേവരാജൻ മനോഹരമായി ഈ ഗാനം ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു. ചലച്ചിത്ര അഭിനേതാക്കളായ പ്രേം നസീർ, ഷീല, ശാരദ, സുകുമാരി, അടൂർ ഭാസി, ടി.ആർ.ഓമന, പറവൂർ ഭരതൻ, ബഹദൂർ എന്നിവരാണ് ചിത്രത്തിലെ പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത്.
