Organising brings together financial, physical as well as human resources inorder to achieve organisation goals. The process involves identifying activities, classification, assignment of duties, delegation of authority, creation of responsibility and coordination. Staffing is manpower planning involves selection, recruitment, and placement with training and development, remuneration, performance appraisal and promotion as well as transfer.
