It is a widely known fact that Warangal was for centuries the seat of a proud Telugu dynasty, the Kakatiyas. They were great temple builders, among other things. Naturally, their seat of reign, their capital city boasted of great riches and resplendent temples. Brought to you in this presentation is a list of the various temples of this land, along with their brief description. The list includes the famous Bhadrakali Temple, Hemachala Narasimha Temple, Padmakshi Temple, Someswara Lakshminarasimha Temple, Ramappa Temple, the Thousand Pillared Temple, Mettu Ramalingeswara Temple and Sidheswara Temple.
