“What makes someone who they are? What makes a person good? and What makes someone happy?” Every individual has a distinct manner of behavior, reacting to emotions, perceiving things, and viewing the world. No two individuals are similar. Interacting with others in a positive manner and being courteous with them will make one popular and define his personality. Human being is a social animal. One must possess the magnetic power and charisma to attract people towards him and the development of personality will assist in gaining respect and recognition from society and others. It is thus vital for both outer and inner self growth. The long-term characteristics and patterns that cause people to think, feel, and act in specific ways that defines identity of a person. In the professional context, it is very beneficial for an individual to have an understanding on personality since it can assist one in developing a more effective leadership style, resolving conflicts more effectively, communicating more effectively, understanding how others make decisions, coaching others, improving sales skills, and retaining key employees.
